Buffalo Glow Policies and Procedures
Payment
Cash, all major Credit Cards, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Cash accepted. The host will receive the final total, and we can work through split payments if necessary.
Deposit
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required at time of booking to secure your date. The amount of the deposit will be the price of the class for one person: One class - $50 deposit, Two classes - $70 deposit, Three classes - $90 deposit. This amount will cover the hosts cost of the class the day of the event.
Cancellations
There is a 7-day cancellation policy. If cancellation is less than 7 days, you forfeit the ability to reschedule at no additional cost. If cancellation is more than 7 days, you can use your deposit to reschedule for another date at no additional cost. We reserve the right to discuss extreme situations that may arise. This will be determined at the discretion of Buffalo Glow LLC.
Travel/Parking Fee
A mileage fee will be charged for locations outside a 20 mile radius of the City of Buffalo, NY. The amount will be determined at the time of booking. If parking, or valet fees are to be incurred, the amount will be included in the final bill and due on the date of the event.
Time
All classes will begin promptly at the scheduled time. For that reason, please have your guests arrive prior to the scheduled time. We will arrive 45-60 minutes before the scheduled time for set up and stay 30 minutes after for take down. One class is estimated at 60 minutes long. If you book an event with two classes, it will be 90 minutes long. If an event with all three classes is booked, we will plan for 120 minutes. Times may vary for all events.
Refunds & Issues
It is our goal to provide an amazing experience with excellent service. We believe we have provided full disclosure and transparency of our services. Therefore, there will be no refunds. We reserve the right to discuss extreme situations that may arise. This will be determined at the discretion of Buffalo Glow LLC.
Allergies & Reactions
All allergies must be submitted before the day of the event to ensure everything is prepared for the event. Please refer to the ingredient list for all products that may be used during the class. Please notify us of any open cuts or wounds to prevent contamination.
Sanitation
Some products are dispensed from communal containers and are sanitized between each use. Other products will be dispensed individually.
Other
-We require each event to have a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10 people. Guests can be added on or removed up until the day of the event.
-We must have access to a working sink, multiple outlets and space to store our product.
-Bundle & Save packages must be redeemed on the same day/event.
-The host will receive a free Gua Sha tool and % off a one-time purchase on our website.
-If a guest books a party the night of an event, they will receive the host benefits for their scheduled event. They will lock in the pricing of the event they are booking from. They will also receive % off of a one-time purchase on our website at the time of booking.
